West Hertfordshire Neighbourhood Integrator CIC exists because the people who most need support are too often the hardest to reach, and the organisations best placed to help them are the least supported to do it. We are here to change that.

We are not a health service. We are not a grant funder. We are not a statutory body. We sit between all of those things, acting as a bridge between communities, healthcare systems and investors to improve health outcomes and reduce inequalities across South & West Hertfordshire.

We are not just another layer that talks about community. We change things on the ground.
